AI Strategy Consulting
Most 'AI strategy' is a slide deck nobody implements. I'll help you find the handful of moves that actually pay for themselves, and walk out with a roadmap — not homework.
For Leaders Scaling Fast
If your AI initiatives stall at the slide-deck stage, or your leadership team is stretched thinner with every new market — you're not the only one. I'm Gabriel Franch. I've built two businesses from zero to multi-million-dollar revenue, and now I help leaders get AI and leadership working together instead of against each other.
Your AI initiatives make it to a nice slide deck — and then nowhere.
Your leadership team gets thinner and more overwhelmed with every new market you open.
Growth feels more like chaos you're managing than progress you're driving.
None of that is a you problem. It's what happens when strategy, AI, and leadership get handled separately instead of together.
What I Do
Not a menu of buzzwords — these are the exact problems I've solved before, for myself and for clients.
Most 'AI strategy' is a slide deck nobody implements. I'll help you find the handful of moves that actually pay for themselves, and walk out with a roadmap — not homework.
I've sat in the seat — hired the wrong person, fixed it, made the 2am call when a market wasn't working. That's the coaching you get: lived experience, not a certification course.
Scaling into new markets breaks org charts that worked fine at half the size. I help your leadership team rebuild the structure and decision-making before it breaks for real.
Somewhere in your operation, someone is still copy-pasting between two systems every day. I find those spots and automate them — data entry, reporting, the busywork nobody signed up for.
You probably have more data than you think and fewer answers than you'd like. I build dashboards and predictive models that people on your team will actually open on a Monday morning.
No brand, no local team, no playbook — that's exactly the position I was in opening Peru and Mexico. I know which first moves matter and which ones can wait.
Led by an Operator
I've built two businesses from zero to multi-million-dollar revenue, on two different continents, in two industries that have nothing to do with each other. I'm not telling you that to impress you — I'm telling you because it's the reason I can spot problems in your operation that a consultant who's only ever advised, never run anything, simply won't see.
As Partner & LATAM Regional Head at RulesCube, a North American digital-transformation consultancy and official Pega partner, I built the firm's Latin America practice from zero regional presence to a +$4.5M multi-country operation across Peru and Mexico — full P&L ownership, hiring and leading multicultural teams, and delivering AI, intelligent automation, and decisioning programmes for enterprise clients in banking, insurance, and automotive.
Before that, I turned a small hotel in Iceland into a full hospitality operation — growing revenue from €150K to as much as €4M in its best year, once you count the hotel, Bettra Kaffi (our own specialty coffee bar, pouring world-class €7 cups), and a fine-dining programme built around eight-course tasting menus with Michelin-trained chefs I personally recruited. Rooms alone were never going to get there — it took building an entire experience people travelled for. I started my first business at 17 and have since operated across hospitality, SaaS, consulting, and edtech.
Through Synergy Leader Hub, I bring that same operating discipline — real accountability, multicultural team leadership, and hands-on AI-enabled transformation — to leaders who want a partner that has actually run the business, not just advised on it. I work between Barcelona and Lima, and lead in English and Spanish.
Connect with me on LinkedIn ↗AI tooling changes every few months. Tracking it is my job, not a side project — so what I recommend today is what's actually worth using today.
If I can't explain a recommendation in plain language, I don't make it. You'll always know exactly why we're doing something, not just that we are.
Not vanity metrics. If it doesn't show up in your P&L, your retention, or your team's output, it doesn't count as a win.
How This Works
I dig into your operations, leadership structure, and data — fast — to find where the real leverage is, not where it's comfortable to look.
You get a roadmap with three, maybe four priorities — not twenty. Covering strategy, automation, and leadership, in the order that actually matters.
I work next to your team, not above it. If something isn't working two weeks in, we change it — I don't wait for a quarterly review to admit it.
I coach your people to own what we built, on purpose — my goal is for you to need me less over time, not renew a retainer forever.

Common Questions
Honestly, most firms split this into two separate engagements: an 'AI people' and a 'leadership people.' I do both, because in practice they're the same problem — smarter systems are useless if the team running them hasn't changed how it operates.
All the time. I'm based between Miami, Barcelona, and Lima, and most of my track record is building operations across Latin America and Europe — so 'outside the US' is closer to my normal than the exception.
Depends on the mess we're solving. A quick diagnostic is 2-4 weeks. Automation or analytics builds run 6-12 weeks. Leadership coaching works best in 3 or 6-month cycles — long enough to actually change something, short enough that I have to keep earning it.
Both — whatever actually fits. Some leadership teams just need a sharp one-day workshop to get unstuck; others want ongoing 1-on-1 or team coaching. I'd rather scope it right than upsell you into something you don't need.
Banking, insurance, and automotive, from delivering transformation programmes at RulesCube — plus hospitality and hands-on operations from running a hotel and restaurant business myself. That mix turns out to be useful: I've seen how both boardrooms and kitchens actually run.
Get In Touch
No sales script on the other end — just me reading what you write. Tell me what's going on and I'll get back to you within 24 hours with a straight answer on whether I can help.
Picture this six months from now: your leadership team making calls without waiting on you, your AI projects actually shipping, and you spending your time on strategy instead of firefighting. Or picture things staying exactly as they are today — your call.
